CANCELLATION POLICY

All clients must give 24 hour notice for a cancellation or to reschedule. If the client cancels within 24 hours, 50% of the service price will be charged and 100% will be charged if the client cancels the day of. If client is 15 minutes late for their appointment they will be asked to reschedule and 100% of the service will be charged. If client no-shows an appointment 100% of the service will be charged and they will not be able to reschedule.

To cancel your appointment you can login to your Vagaro App, find “appointments” and select the correct appointment and cancel it, or you can call the front desk during business hours and they can do that for you. 

I may not see a message through instagram in time to cancel your appointment so please make sure to call or go online.
